Reservation Policy

The primary guest making the reservation, or at least one of the guests checking in, must be 18 years of age or older.

In keeping with government regulations, all guests must present a valid photo ID at the time of check-in. Accepted IDs include Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID. Please note that original copies are required for verification, and check-in cannot be completed without them.

At Great Escapes Resort, we strive to create a peaceful and respectful environment for all our guests. Any behaviour that disturbs the comfort or safety of others may lead to appropriate action after due review.

Certain times of the year or specific destinations may have special policies, which will be shared with you during the booking or check-in process.

We request all guests to treat the resort’s property with care. Any damage beyond normal use will be chargeable. Please help us maintain the cleanliness and charm of your room and surroundings.

Some bookings may have unique terms or inclusions, which will be clearly communicated at the time of reservation.

Before your arrival, our team may reach out via call or message to confirm your check-in details. If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your booking may be placed on hold or released. However, we’ll gladly reinstate it (subject to availability) once we hear back from you.
