Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. If you’ve made a reservation through www.germunnar.com or by directly calling our resort, cancelling it is just as simple as booking it.

While we would love to host you, if you need to cancel, our process ensures transparent communication and smooth refunds wherever applicable.

For Individual Reservations:

Cancellations made at least 3 days before the scheduled arrival date (before 12 noon, local resort time) will not attract any cancellation fee.

If a cancellation is made within 3 days of the arrival date, after 12 noon on that day, or if the guest does not arrive (no-show), a charge equivalent to the total stay amount or the advance paid (whichever is higher) will apply.

For Group Bookings or Full Resort Buyouts:

If cancelled 15 days or more prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total booking value will be charged.

For cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival, the full booking amount (100%) will be levied.

During Peak or Black-out Dates:

For bookings during peak or black-out periods, cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date will not incur any cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 15 days of the arrival date will be charged the full stay amount or 100% of the advance deposit, whichever is higher. 

If Your Stay is Shortened:

Should you decide to check out earlier than planned, the original booking amount for the full stay will still apply.

Bookings Made Through Online Travel Agents (OTAs):

For reservations made via third-party travel portals such as MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, or other Online Travel Agents, any modification or cancellation request must be processed directly through the respective booking platform, as their terms and refund timelines may differ from those of the resort.

Refund Policy

Any approved refund will be initiated within 15 working days from the date of receiving the guest’s valid bank or payment details.

Applicable transaction or payment gateway processing charges, if any, will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Refunds are processed only in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be subject to additional time depending on the guest’s bank or payment provider.
